PLS NOTE: Stallholders who have registered for CAIRNHILL CC may switch for a stall at HOMECLUB

* Refunds will be given accordingly, and stall holders are prioritize.


TO GET A STALL:
1 – Registration time, send us an email,first come first notice!
2 – When registration ends, emailing of applicants with payment details takes place.
3 – Make payment to us.
4 – Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email, after payment confirmation.

We’ll contact next on the list, should there be pull-outs or if any applicants miss the deadlines.

If you would like to be a stallholder, please read the details below carefully:

Information:

  • The total stall space is approximately 4 ft x 4 ft each.
  • This includes:
    • One 3ft x 3ft table and two chairs.

  • A standard stall is limited to one clothing rack.

  • You are allowed to bring a maximum of two clothing racks. If you do not need the table

  • Additional chairs or items to display your items is allowed as long as it does not exceed your allocated stall space.

  • No selling of illegal, pirated, contraband or F&B items.

  • All stalls will be allocated on a first-pay-first-serve basis. Please refer to the chart below for stall plan

SETUP TIME – 1:30pm

COST : $50 per stall

HOW TO REGISTER:

  1. Email fleaguru@gmail.com with the subject header “IwantFleaguru”.

  2. An email with detailed registration information, a stall plan and payment instructions will be given to you.

  3. Make payment for your stall(s) within 24hours

  4. Successful applicants will be sent a confirmation email after verifications is approved
Note:
  • If there are pull-outs or payments missing the deadline, the next applicant on the waiting list will be notified.
  • Rogue payments (ie. payments made without receiving an email with instructions to do so) will be ignored and no refunds will be made.
  • If, for any reason, you are unable to participate, you’ll be given a stall at a future flea market of your choice.
